Baumalight Attachment Warranty
- Attachments are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Warranty covers parts and labor, but does not cover misuse, negligence, dealer travel time, or shipping costs to and from the dealer.
- Replacement of individual parts versus assemblies is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
- Replacement parts will be shipped free via ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available at the customer’s expense.
- Damage during transit is not covered under warranty.
- Warranty registration is required at: https://baumalight.com/product_registration
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not extend to auction purchases.
- The attachment must be operated and maintained according to the Operating and Maintenance Instructions.
Claim Requirements
- Claims must include the original bill of sale.
- Photographic documentation of defects and shipment condition is recommended.
Liability Limitations
- The manufacturer is not liable for consequential damage, lost profits, or damage to carrier units.
- No liability is accepted for routine maintenance or compatibility issues between attachment and carrier.
- Warranty repairs may be completed by the end user if capable.
- Liability is limited to repair or replacement of parts and does not extend beyond the terms outlined.
Dealer Repair Guidelines
- Allowable repair times are listed on the Baumalight website under Support > Service & Instruction Videos.
- If no time is listed, contact the manufacturer before beginning repairs.
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting labor is limited to 1 hour, regardless of recommendations.
Parts Warranty
- Replacement parts purchased after warranty expiration are covered for 30 days from purchase.
- Labor and troubleshooting for post-warranty parts is not covered.
Shipment Inspection
- Compare received items to the carrier’s bill of lading upon delivery.
- Inspect for damage and note any issues on the bill of lading before signing.

- PTO Generators are warranted for 2 years or 2,000 hours from purchase date, whichever comes first.
